The Dream Center Leadership School (DCLS) has been empowering gospel-centered leaders since 2005, when founder and senior pastor, Matthew Barnett, recognized a need for young people to grow in their faith by serving and pursuing the gospel mission.
Since then, students of this program have graduated and become passionate and committed gospel-centered leaders in the world, shaping culture and making lasting change in the lives of people and communities, for Jesus.
The Dream Center Leadership School serves and empowers gospel-centered leaders who shape culture and make lasting change.
The Dream Center Leadership School envisions providing a transformational experience for young leaders to propel not just local churches but faith communities around the world with robust, well-trained gospel-centered leaders.
The Dream Center Leadership School holds to 4 core values that underpin all of our programs and services. The 4 core values are represented by the acronym LEAD.
