Transformation

Establish a renewed sense of God, self and purpose

Spiritual development is a huge part of the students' overall process of growth. DCLS was built on personal and intentional discipleship. Our students are challenged to strengthen the foundation of their relationship with God everyday. With our development classes, special team events, one-on-one discipleship and the overall Dream Center experience, students graduate from DCLS drastically transformed.

Discipleship

Personal discipleship for each student has always been a high priority in DCLS. Our discipleship leaders intentionally partner alongside students on their journey. In addition to our guys/girls events, these leaders will present frequent one on one opportunities for the students.

Worship Nights

These nights can be anything from an acoustic set to a full band experience. They are set aside for students to fully submerge themselves in worship. Apart from the normal DCLS schedule, worship nights take place several times throughout the year - a DCLS favorite!

Bible Study

We set aside time each week to learn the Bible in depth. Many students learn new and exciting things by dissecting and studying the word of God.

Book Study

Throughout the year, students read up to 5 books. They will have the opportunity to discuss what they’re currently learning and hear different perspectives from fellow peers.

Friday Morning Chapel

The presence of God is so tangible on these mornings and makes for a special way to end a busy week. Our chapels start with a time of worship lead by the DCLS worship team, then we get to hear a word from leaders like DCLS director, Aaron Bradley, guest speakers, and even our senior pastors, Matthew and Caroline Barnett.

Leadership Class

Our students get to hear weekly teachings from leaders at The Dream Center. They will learn practical and spiritual ways to lead in ministry and in life.

Prayer

We believe everyday should start off with prayer. That’s why students are given an hour each morning to spend time with God. Our hope is that prayer will become a lifelong practice.

Angelus Temple

As the church of the Dream Center, students will be given opportunities to serve at our weekly services. Those opportunities include: Kids Church, Cafe, and Greeting. When they’re not serving, students will get to enjoy messages from our pastors, Matthew and Caroline and guest speakers like Charlotte Gambill, Micahn Carter and many more.
